In this tutorial I’ll show you how to make a skin like the the ones you see in magazines like Playboy.

CTRL + J

Filter > other > High Pass…

High Pass setting… here I have used 3.5

Image > adjustments > desaturate

Change the blending mode to OVERLAY at the layer High Pass….

Add a layer mask

Paint the skin with a soft brush with the set foreground color white.
HERE YOU MUST TAKE CARE TO PAINT ALL THE SKIN !!!!

If do you want a skin like a peach you can stop here….

Making a Playboy skin………
Press the CTRL key and click at the high Pass mask … Will appear the selection…
OBS: here is possible to see if you made a good job at step 10(painting the skin)…..

Return to the background layer ….. CTRL + J

At the layer: skin selection, use FILTER > TEXTURIZER

Choose Sandstone as showed here
Scaling 50% / relief 2 / light TOP
You can use other setting if do you like

If will be necessary, you can use:
- change the opacity at the skin selection layer;
- work with a layer mask;
- to take out spots/stains/pimples - use patch tool(J)
- to improve the skin color - hue/saturation…
After all, here is the RESULT
Observation : due the PST image compression it is not possible to see a perfect result…….
