Learn how to create an attractive and simple Christmas Signature.
step 1
Create a new file with a size of 400*160 and fill it with white.

step 2
Create a new layer and using the Rectangular Marquee Tool, make a rectangle in the middle of the layer.

step 3
In the rectangle you selected fill it with any color (it doesn’t matter since we will use a gradient). Then go to the layer’s bleding options and create a red gradient like this one:

step 4
Select another rectangle but this time smaller and fill it with the lighter red you added in the background.

step 5
Cut it a little using the Rectangular Marquee Tool.

step 6
Using the Rectangular Marquee Tool again but with a father of 30, make a selection and clear 3 times (or more if needed) near your red rectangle, still the edge is not visible anymore.

step 7
Cut the rectangle in the solid part (right) to make it smaller using the, then enlarge it.

step 8
Add a vector mask to the layer you’re currently working. Press d in your keyboard then go to the Gradient Tool icon and select the second gradient as shown in the picture:

step 9
Add in the mask the gradient you selected. Then make the rectangle a little thinier and longer like this:

step 10
Duplicate it and rotate it (Edit >Transform>Flip Horizontal).

step 11
Duplicat the last layer and make it thinier and move it under the duplicated layer.

step 12
Now you’ll need a Christmas Tree brushes, there are many in deviantart.com, after you select one and download it use one tree brush in the big red rectangle using the dark red color in a new layer. Add a mas and use a gradient on it as u did in the tiny bars and cut the tree parts that goes out of the big red rectangle you’re working on in the down border using the Rectangular Marquee Tool.

step 13
Search in google for a santa claus with reindeers picture or use this one.
You’ll have to render it, you can use the Magic Wand Tool to be faster and then cut the little white spaces between the raindeers manually or use the pen tool. Do as you wish.
Then when you have your render done make it dark: Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast (Brightness -100 and contrast 100)

step 14
Go in it’s blending options and make the color overlay as dark red and rotate the render a little using the CTRL+T still u get something like this:

step 15
You’ll need more brushes, this time snow brushes to decorate the background. Use the snow brushes with the white color and brush it all over the red rectangles in a new layer.

step 16
Search again in google for a present picture.
I used this one and turnt the gold into red using the Hue/Saturation feature to fite the image:

step 17
Make the present smaller and add it in your signature. I duplicated the present layer and made it smaller so i got two presents.

step 18
To finish, with a good font write Merry Christmas in white.
Here is the final result:
