The idea of the illustration is to show that electricity flows from negative to positive. Macromedia FreeHand ships with a selection of arrowheads but you may encounter a situation where the selection of predefined arrowheads is inadequate. In this case you could make a path object in the shape of an arrowhead and position it on the end of the line.
