In this tutorial we will be creating a horizon of Floating air balloons . During the process i will also show you how to create the starburst background which you can repeatedly use in your various illustrations. Author’s Note: This tutorial does breeze by at a pretty brisk pace, but doesn’t require a black belt in Illustrator-jutsu. Any questions with the tutorial, please place in the comments following it, and I’ll answer all of them to the best of my abilities. Please be somewhat familiar with how adding and subtracting from objects works and the layering structure within Illustrator. 1. Create the circle paths
First create a circle path and fill it with orange color. Then Copy (Ctrl+C) it and Paste in Front (Ctrl+F). Scale down about 40% and drag it slight below the center point of the orange circle.
